During my time at Body Drama I had the pleasure of designing sleepwear and loungewear for Anne Lewin New York.
All the groups were licensed through Anne Lewin and sold to various department stores and warehouse clubs.
Maintaining the Anne Lewin image while catering to each store's customer preferences and ensuring each collection was different and exciting, with respect to the misses category, proved to be a fun, challenging and fulfilling experience.
With Anne Lewin we sold a record number of plush robes in the USA.
In addition to the robe success, I updated the look of our reversible loungewear collection and this proved to be so successful that it was expanded into many of the other licensed and private brand merchandise. Taking the collection from basic pieces which were easily reversed to figuring out how to incorporate features such as pockets in this type of garment tested my product development skills. The reversible portion of our product offering grew our loungewear business drastically.

When I am sketching out ideas I usually just quick sketch ideas with a pencil and/or sharpie. I rarely pull out the watercolors or markers as I am just getting all my ideas out as quickly as possible.
If for any reason I need completed sketches for a presentation, I usually scan the original and complete it in photohop and/or Illustrator.
